Accessibility

Beispiel der Überarbeitung der Farben.

1. Reihe:  Hausfarben, 2. Reihe: barrierefreie Farben

For the redesign, the website design had to be analysed for accessibility and implemented with fewer barriers in some areas. This makes it more user-friendly overall, but it is not officially barrier-free in terms of WCAG criteria.

Colours: The defined corporate colours green and blue presented us with a particular challenge, as they do not meet the WCAG criteria (AA).
The colour palette was expanded to include darker tones.

Fonts: Small font sizes below 16px and the smallest decorative icons were revised to create a more accessible experience.

Website

The old website was fundamentally revised and transferred to a new CMS. The website offers editorial content that reports on the foundation's petitons and provides general information on animal husbandry.
